Lakeshore Advantage Next Center
The Next Center in downtown Holland is a three-story, 20,000-square-foot facility designed to bring together startups, established businesses, and research institutions in a shared hub for innovation and community connection.
Megan Murray Interiors contributed to the project by refining the interior environment through furniture selection, decorative lighting, styling, and design detailing, ensuring that each space felt cohesive, comfortable, and inspiring. The goal was to complement the building’s modern architecture with interiors that support collaboration and creativity, while maintaining a professional tone appropriate for an economic development organization.
Across the facility’s three floors—from the ground-level business incubator and community education spaces, to Lakeshore Advantage’s headquarters on the second floor, and the tenant suites above—the interiors reflect a balance of function, warmth, and adaptability. Thoughtfully selected furnishings and lighting elevate the user experience, creating a sense of place that encourages connection and forward thinking.
The result is a vibrant, welcoming environment that mirrors Lakeshore Advantage’s mission to foster innovation and economic growth, offering a setting where ideas can take root and thrive.
